Stimulate & Boost your skin with our new Skin Boosters
What is a Skin Booster:
Basically they are a pure form of hyaluronic acid that spreads and smooths out under the skin for total bio skin remodelling and rejuvenation. Adding an instant glow to your skin whilst it works it magic. They lift, tighten, boosts collagen and adds pure hydration to your skin.
Each target specific areas of the skin, targeting skin laxity, texture, whilst rejuvenating and refreshing the dermis.
So what improvements will you see?
After a thorough consultation, you will be prepped and made as comfortable as possible before having small injections on both sides of your face. After the treatment you may find you have a small bump in the injection sites. This is perfectly normal and will go down on average between 2 – 24hrs but can, in some skin last for up to 2 days.
Treatment time – 30 minutes
Results vary depending on what booster you have received. You will be advised of your best option on your consultation.
In some cases you may have some minor side effects of bruising and/or swelling
Most people start to see a significant improvement in their skin after just 5 days.
Your therapist will cover this thoroughly with you but some main points to remember:
The treatment is split into sessions this is dependent on which one you decide.
For your first time including your consultation your appointment will be approx 30 minutes.
The first session is all about STIMULATING your skin, the HA will last in your skin for 28 days giving you an instant glow whilst it starts to stimulate the fibroblasts within the cells and remodel your skin.
At your second session it is all about BOOSTING – The anti-oxidants within PROFHILO act as a shield and the HA give you immense hydration all whilst they continue to remodel your skin.
Some mild discomfort may occur during treatment application due to the nature of this being an injectable treatment. Although discomfort is generally minimal, we can use a numbing cream to help with pain management should this be required. (PLEASE NOTE that if you have your appointment during your menstrual cycle, the pain level could be intensified.)
