If you have concerns regarding loose and sagging skin, then this is the option for you.
This treatment is a non-surgical facelift that will lift and tighten the face and neck aiming to target those with mild and moderate skin laxity issues.
It focuses its energy to stimulate the deep support layers of the skin without causing damage to the skins surface while reviving collagen growth.
Although this procedure is not as drastic as a surgical intervention, it is a great alternative with no disruption, recovery time, cutting or time away from work and a fraction of the price.
3D-HIFU is the only treatment to specifically target the deep foundations below the skin.
It is a one-off treatment but can be maintained every 18 months. The results will become visible over the next 2-3 months as the collagen is renewed and replaced with new stronger collagen.
As this process continues results will continue to be noticed up to 6 months after treatment.

This technology uses Ultrasound waves to heat beneath the skin, effectively destroying fat cells. The damaged cells are then flushed through the body using its natural process, the lymphatic system.
How the process works
At your appointment a full consultation will take place to ensure this is the best treatment for you.
A grid is drawn upon the face to locate the treatment areas. A handpiece is placed on the face and neck to penetrate the ultrasound into the skin. The handpiece is moved in tiny movements across the face to target as much of the deep tissue as possible.
Some discomfort may occur during treatment application.
Who can’t have this treatment?
- Pregnant, recently pregnant or breastfeeding
- Heart Conditions including a Pacemaker
- Thrombosis or Thrombophlebitis
- Anticoagulant medication
- History of Cancer (possible treatment with medical consent)
- Metal Prosthesis or Implants in the face or neck
- Medication controlled Diabetes
- Epilepsy
- Auto Immune Conditions
- Liver or Kidney malfunction
- Skin Cancer (possible treatment with medical consent)
- Fragile Skin
- Keloid Scarring
- Regular Anti-inflammatory Medication
- Active Acne Pustules and Papules
- Hernia/Mesh (in the location of treatment)
Aftercare
- Avoid hot baths and showers for 5-7 days
- Avoid sunbathing, sun exposure and extreme heat for 2 months
- Avoid massaging the area for 5-7 days
- Apply SPF 30 daily

What does the treatment entail?

How long is the appointment?
The full face and neck treatment will take approx 60 minutes to treat.
What results can I expect?
You can expect to notice an initial effect, but the results will take place over the next 2-3 months. Continued improvements will appear for up to 6 months and last for 12-18 months.
Does it hurt?
Some areas can feel more uncomfortable than others. Any discomfort is short lived and a good sign that the collagen restructuring process has been started.
If you wish you can take a paracetamol prior to your appointment to ease discomfort.
Is there any downtime?
There might be slight redness for about 1 hour following treatment along with slight swelling, tingling and tenderness.
How many treatments will I need?
The treatment works as a stand-alone treatment, but the results can be maintained every 18 months.
