Effective Date: If you sign up to our GoCardless Direct Debit option you are agreeing to these terms and conditions on that date.
Thank you for choosing Becky Laroc Beauty. Our memberships are designed to provide exceptional value and consistent care for your skin journey. Please carefully read the Terms and Conditions below before committing to your membership.
Glow Membership
Overview: Glow Membership is a flexible monthly membership offering savings on skin treatments and exclusive benefits.
Terms:
- A minimum commitment of two (2) months is required from the start date.
- After the initial two months, your membership automatically rolls over on a monthly basis.
- Cancellation: To cancel, you must provide one (1) month's written notice by email to hello@beckylaroc.co.uk or via the online cancellation form.
- Payments are collected monthly via direct debit or card on file.
- Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of membership benefits until resolved.
- Membership benefits and treatments are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Pricing and benefits are reviewed annually; reasonable notice will be given if changes occur.
General Membership Terms
- Appointment Cancellations: Standard clinic cancellation policies apply to all membership bookings (at least 48 hours' notice required to reschedule or cancel an appointment).
- No Show and Late Cancellation Policy: Missed appointments without sufficient notice may result in forfeiting that month's treatment or session.
- Pausing Membership: Memberships cannot be paused or frozen unless under exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Becky Laroc Beauty.
- Membership Benefits: Benefits (including discounts and complimentary services) must be redeemed within the membership period and cannot be rolled over unless otherwise stated.
