Yes. A consultation and patch test are required before any laser or IPL treatment, and we will usually ask you to wait a short period afterwards before your first full session. This helps us check how your skin responds and set the safest, most effective settings for you.
Laser is best described as long-term hair reduction rather than permanent removal. Most clients see a significant reduction in hair growth over a course of treatments, and some choose occasional maintenance sessions afterwards. Results vary from person to person depending on hair type, skin type and hormonal factors, and we will give you an honest view at your consultation.
This depends on the treatment and on you. Hair removal works in line with the hair growth cycle, so a course spaced over several weeks is normal. Tattoo removal depends on the age, size, depth and colours of the ink, and can take a number of sessions. We will always talk you through a realistic plan rather than promising a set number.
