Yes, we ask new clients to have a patch test before their first set of lash extensions. This checks how you respond to the adhesive and helps keep your treatment safe and comfortable.
Lash extensions follow your natural lash growth cycle, so most clients book infills every two to three weeks to keep them looking full. Aftercare makes a real difference, and we will talk you through how to care for them.
Yes. Age requirements apply and some piercings are only offered to over-18s. Where a piercing is available to younger clients, a parent or guardian must attend and provide consent, along with valid identification. Please contact us before booking so we can confirm what is possible.
