We’re thrilled to announce that we were awarded ‘Aesthetic Salon of the Year’ (London) at The British Hair and Beauty Awards 2023. And that’s not all! We also came second for ‘Skin Specialist of the Year’ (London).

The British Hair and Beauty Awards are one of the most prestigious awards in the beauty and aesthetics industry. The awards recognise those who make a real difference, continue their development and work hard throughout the year. It’s a real honour to receive a gold and silver award. We can’t wait to share the trophy and certificates with you when they arrive.

When we announced our win on Instagram, we were flooded with congratulatory messages from friends, clients and other businesses and it just shows what a wonderful community we have. Aesthetic salon updates & offers for September

While we’ve got your attention, we’d love to share some of the exciting updates taking place and offers available this month.

Refer a friend and you’ll both be rewarded

Firstly, we’ve revamped our ‘refer a friend’ program to make it even more enticing! Now, if you recommend a friend to Becky Laroc Beauty & Aesthetics and they spend over £50 on a treatment, we’ll give them 10% off (maximum treatment price £250) and reward you with £10 credit to your account. There’s no limit to the number of friends you can recommend, so start spreading the word and build up credit to spend on your favourite beauty treatments!

Booking system update

We’re currently updating the booking system for our Bromley Beauty & Aesthetics clinic to Pabau. We kindly ask you to bear with us throughout the transition as the new system will be totally worth it! Not only will it make it easier to manage your bookings, but it’ll also enable clients with packages to see what’s left on their account. What’s more, there will be new booking options and a brand new reward scheme to enjoy. Keep your eyes peeled!

Cancellation policy

Just a polite reminder that if you need to amend or cancel your appointment, we require 48 hours notice. Appointments are in short supply, so to make it fair for everyone we must run a strict 48 hours cancellation policy. Unfortunately, if you don’t cancel or change your appointment within the required notice period, you will lose your deposit and need to cover the full treatment cost. We make it easy to manage your appointments online, but if you need any help, you can always contact our friendly receptionist Nicole on 020 8013 3270.

Treatment prices

Unfortunately, due to manufacturer & supplier costs, we’ve had to increase the price of some of our beauty & aesthetic treatments.

The most noticeable is Cryotherapy, which treats unwanted skin conditions like warts, skin tags and milia. We are still one of the best priced aesthetic salons in the area for this treatment; booking and pricing our sessions based on time rather than the number of skin imperfections that require treatment.

Additionally, we offer all clients a consultation so they can find out more about Cryotherapy and get their queries answered. The cost of this consultation is deducted from the treatment price.
